Great food and the best staff. Go see Gina, she is awesome and will go above and beyond to help you enjoy your day/night. She got my 7 year old daughter fried ice cream with a sparkler for her birthday and made the whole staff sing Happy Birthday.

Amazing food, comes out really fast!! Richie was hands down the best and most enthusiastic waiter I've seen. He made my week!

Great Mexican food cuisine

This is good Mexican and the staff is very friendly and prompt with their service. The waiter made sure I had enough pop and made sure I knew about the special. The rice was cooked thoroughly and the beans had a good flavor. The chips and salsa help round out the meal, bit for me (and those who find cilantro nasty) the salsa has a bit too much cilantro. Overall I am going to go back and get either the fries taco or enchiladas.

Stop here to eat! So fun! Delicious food. Fun atmosphere. I've been hearing about this place from my sister and my brother. Sit at the bar after 6pm and enjoy the company and banter with Gjena and Maria! They do a great job. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A great greasy, dirty bite to eat. Comfortable chairs, relaxed atmosphere, decent beer selection. Great place to unwind with some pals.

Love to come here while in downtown Detroit. Great Mexican food without going into Mexican village. Tacos al Carbon are top notch and have also had many times. It's all good!!

Talking about food only, I have only had carry out. Its totally average not bad, not great. It's a nice break from hamburgers and Greek food when in Greek town.

Love this place and staff. Been going here for over 25 years. We moved out of state 4 years ago and miss our go to restaurant. When we came back to Michigan over labor day weekend we had to go to the loco. The staff welcomed us back with handshakes and hugs. We sat at our regular table and was served just as though we never left. Food was great, drinks were excellent and staff went over and beyond. Love love this place.

There rice is killer. Ive been to a lot of Tex Mex and Mexican restaurant and the rice is always ok but Loco's has the recipe on point. The service is great along with music variety. Food comes out super quick!

They are open till 4 am and they have a full bar, huge plus! I get a sense that this place is family owned given how closely the workers interact with each other. There is no official alcoholic drink menu, and the chips were slightly stale. The main entrees came out hot and delicious. Definitely give this place a try especially if hunting for food after hours.

Excellent service and outstanding food

What a great place to have great mexican food! The manager was so nice and hospitable! He made sure we got what we ordered! I like the nice TV's to watch a game! I did miss the Mexican music! It's nice to hear that in a Mexican Resturant! Fun music to drink & eat with! We will be back to enjoy it again!

Veggie fajitas are GREAT... actually have cauliflower and broccoli and such. Mmmm

Reasonably pricing fast and friendly service considering it was a Saturday night and quite bust. The food was incredible and the beer was cold. I will drive an hour from home to come here again.

Astounded. It seems they had a very busy night, normally expecting decent service at best. To my surprise all the service was friendly, helpful, and prompt. Would recommend for food and drinks!

The food and drinks were great but our server was amazing! Went to grab a bite to eat after celebrating my birthday and our waiter was the best! Sorry I forgot his name but I’ll get it next time I stop by.

We stopped in for a couple of drinks and chips and salsa. Service was great. Food delicious as we ended up ordering chicken quesadillas as well. Cant wait to come back!!

I came here because they had a bar. This is experience was pretty mediocre. I came around 8p for dinner. Chips were thick and stale. I ordered enchiladas and they were terribleeeeeeee! They must use a poor quality cheese. Thankfully I was able to swap it out for chicken quesadillas which somewhat redeemed the evening. Overall, I should’ve drove down a little further to Mexicantown. Also they should invest in a more friendly bartender

First time going here. Amazing food great atmosphere

If i could give a negative i would. Waited 20 mins for a table and the 45 mins for our drinks. Of which we only received the alcohol drinks od the eifht drinks total. Placed our order and then told we had to be all on one bill. We were all seperate. When our deinks showed up one got apilled and the waiter was very rude and pretty much yelled at the girl who spilled it. Very rude and unprofessional. Needless to say we didnt drink our drinks nor dis we waiti for our food. We walked out.

Wow. The service could have cared less if I came and bought super expensive beer. Wish they cared a tad more. Its may and non of the outside tables were set up. No one offered to set us up outside. So I had to do it. I was shocked no one was there but reflecting back it all makes sense. I have had better service here maybe they were having an off day

Eating vegan here was a little tricky. I substituted the cheese for beans on the enchiladas. Not a go to spot for me but the staff was accommodating and the food was good.

Their Fajitas and Beef Chimichangas are amazing! I always ways eat there during lunch and it's always fast service- without sacrificing the quality of food. The rice and beans are authentic too- which is a plus!

Oh my goodness, so delicious. Surprisingly fast service in a big city with a huge event in town! Awesome!

No bar, not great. Pretty reasonable prices but the food is definitely not up to par considering the other places in town. I guess it's a good stop if you've had a few too many and it's one in the morning and you're looking to sober up, but that's where I'd leave that.

Food and drinks are golden. Highly reccomend
